Daise Rosas is a psychologist with post graduate studies completed in social psychology and women's entrepreneurship at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. She is a member of the company EOSS Consulting, an organization focused on the care of women relating to their economic and social development.
She is a member of Civil Society Black Pages Brazil, an organization focused on Afro-Brazilian entrepreneurship with the purpose of achieving a share of 11 million afroempreendedores on classified ads, news and business management guidance.
Daise has partnered with two hairdressing salons, Beauty Institute and Les Etoiles Studio Quilamú, the first being a thematic space in Art and Culture that supports women entrepreneurs, writers, artists and cultural activities with women and offers courses in business management for environmental aesthetics and beauty.
In 2010, Daise was a mentee in the FORTUNE/U.S. State Department Global Women's Mentoring Partnership. Additionally, she coordinated the Labour and Entrepreneurship of the Republic Presidency Programme in Brazil, working in Rio de Janeiro and Recife serving more than 5,000 women over five years.
