With an educational background in environmental science, Aida combines scientific proficiency with over 20 years’ experience in the European Union legislative domain. In the context of agricultural resilience in the face of the climate crisis, Aida’s activities on women’s economic empowerment have concentrated on women agri-entrepreneurs in sub-Saharan Africa and the small island developing states.
