Nadiia Vasylieva

Nadiia is an expert and evangelist on using the IoT, blockchain and big data capabilities in and out of business. She is an independent director for several commercial companies in fintech, cyber security and digital transformation spheres.

Over 12 years of development of the number one telecommunications player in Ukraine, Kyivstar Company, three years in the field of logistics for the quality of GM Amway and for five years as the GM of the Black Sea region of Microsoft, Nadiia led more than 1,000 employees with her expertise and leadership. She is a developer of such communities as WELDI created by ACC, European Woman Entrepreneurship and Women in Boards 2020.

Nadiia is a role model and activist on gender equality and representation of women and girls in STEM disciplines, and acts as a mentor for more than 10 women and girls.

Nadiia has a PhD in economics, an MBA, and studied international law and intellectual property at universities, including LBS (UK), MIT, Kellogg (USA) and IMD (Switzerland).
