Mollie Colavita

Mollie Colavita is the regional managing director responsible for Metropolitan Region of the Private Banking and Investment Group, headquartered in New York encompassing Greenwich, Connecticut and New Jersey. Most recently, she served as head of Client Solutions and Sales with responsibility for initiatives designed to drive new business development and to enhance the ultra high net worth client (uhnw) experience.

Mollie joined Merrill Lynch in 1992 as a participant in the firm’s Global Wealth Management Analyst Program. In 1995, she transitioned to Private Advisory Services where she worked with Financial Advisors to address uhnw client needs, and in 2001 she was asked to lead the firm’s Financial Advisor Training Group. She went on to serve as co-head of Merrill Lynch’s GWIM Leadership Development Group with responsibility for developing and implementing leadership and talent development initiatives.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Mollie is an active member of the Penn State Alumni Association. She dedicates her volunteer efforts on behalf of girls and their leadership development through Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. 

Mollie earned her B.S. in Communication from the Pennsylvania State University.
