Lidia Adamska is a business consultant specializing in restructuring, fundraising, venture capital and private equity. She began her career in economics at Warsaw University, then supporting Poland’s transition to a market economy. As a liaison officer for the Industrial Development Agency, Lidia was responsible for project implementation with UNIDO, the British Know-How Fund and EEC Phare Programme. She also worked for the Polish Agency for Foreign Investment, where she coordinated Polish companies and foreign investors.

Lidia joined the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) in 1994, serving as board member and CFO 2006-2013, responsible for WSE and WSE Capital Group financials, the financial content for Investor Relations, relations with international clients and business partners, and foreign companies in Central and Eastern Europe planning to be listed in Warsaw. She effectively controlled the financials of mergers and acquisitions and bond issues for PLN 245 million.

Lidia has been active in the Congress of Women, the European Network of Female Entrepreneurship Ambassadors, and has led annual reports on female board participation at publicly listed companies in Poland and other European Union countries.
