Judith served as an executive and senior attorney at Exxon Mobil Corporation for over 28 years, and has experience in all areas of the oil industry. In addition to her legal positions, Judith has worked on a range of policy issues, including trade sanctions, patent reform, STEM education, women's and girls' economic empowerment. Prior to her tenure with ExxonMobil, Judith was a corporate attorney in private practice, and participated in civil and criminal investigations and trials at the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
Judith is active on numerous committees and boards of professional and charitable organizations, and is a past president of ExxonMobil’s Black Employee Success Team (BEST). She currently serves as chair of the Board of Trustees of Arena Stage, a major arts and cultural center in the nation’s capital. Judith also serves as a member of the executive committee of National Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of the USA and serves as the International Commissioner.
Judith received her bachelor of arts from New York University College of Arts and Sciences and her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
