Claudia Castellanos Roques is the founder and managing director of Black Mamba Foods, a fair trade brand based in Swaziland that manufactures and distributes gourmet chili products. Claudia has over 12 years of experience working as a marketing consultant for several businesses in Swaziland, as a marketing business advisor for TechnoServe, and as a lecturer at Mananga School of Management for the Australian Institute of Business programs. 

Previously, Claudia worked as a marketing manager and a marketing and management lecturer for the European School of Economics, and as a regional manager for Central Italy for SAIWA SpA in charge of trade marketing and sales activities with the main retailers of the area.

Claudia has been the chairperson of the Swaziland Fair Trade Network for the past four years and is passionate about training, mentoring and helping young entrepreneurs achieve their goals. She has also developed and led marketing webinars and coaching sessions for the Vital Voices GROW Fellowship, a program of Vital Voices Global Partnership.

Claudia holds an MBA with a specialization in marketing from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a major in finance and international relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
