Sarika Gupta Bhattacharyya

Sarika Gupta Bhattacharyya started her own venture after more than 11 years in investment banking, wealth management and financial services at institutions such as Merrill Lynch and ICICI Bank.

A passion for entrepreneurship and financial independence for all women led her to start Biz Divas Foundation, a nonprofit organization that empowers women with entrepreneurial, financial and professional development skills through educational workshops, mentoring and networking opportunities. 

Update: Sarika is now CEO of BD Foundation (Beyond Diversity), a leading diversity consulting firm in India.
