2014 Updates:
Rosaleine is still managing Marka Sasa Enterprises and has opened another business- Mama Rossa Distributing Company- with her husband. Her mentor, Nancy, advised her to hire more competent employees and focus on marketing. As a result, she has increased her workforce by 50%, employing mostly women, and created a marketing plan for execution by 2015. Her manufacturing and distribution plant will be transferred to a larger location to accommodate more machines and store more products.
The GAP Singapore Public Forum was Rosaleine's first experience as a panelist, and Nancy gave her a crash course in public speaking. Rosaleine considers that a very rewarding experience, and now confidently accepts speaking engagements from schools and institutions. She hopes to continuously inspire individuals, especially women, in the same way she was inspired by the mentors and her fellow mentees in the Global Ambassadors Program.
