Nurlan SiIitonga is the Director of the Angsamerah Institution. She is an outstanding physician with unique skills that enable her to generate significant outcomes related to the healthcare system, strengthening its focus on primary healthcare. She has technical work experience of over twenty years in HIV, sexual and reproductive health, infectious diseases and recreational drug harm reduction programs.
Nurlan’s work has been successful in managing complex situations in various settings: public health vs. clinical, private vs. public, for profit vs. nonprofit, urban vs. rural, mining areas and prison settings. In addition, Nurlan has developed skills in practical mentoring methodology for helping other professionals to be successful and become great mentors themselves.
