Moale has 25 years of professional experience, with a significant part of her career devoted to aid and development work through public and private sectors.
Moale is an executive on the board of Caritas PNG, an all-girls secondary technical school. She serves as a member on the Transparency International PNG, the Port Moresby Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association Inc., PNG Cut Flowers Association Inc. and as a technical advisor to some local NGOs and rural community women’s groups.
Moale has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New England, Australia and an undergraduate bachelor’s degree from the University of PNG. She is a recipient of numerous awards including the East-West Center Fellowship in 2014, the Australian Scholarship in 1994 and a World Bank Fellowship in 1992. Recognitions also include the Australia Day Award and a Certificate of Long Service Recognition from AusAID.
