María Gabriela Hoch is co-founder and CEO of International Doorway Women’s Empowerment, founder and managing director of MGH Communication Management, and president and cofounder of Vital Voices Argentina.

A 2007 alumna of Vital Voices’ Fortune/U.S. State Department Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership, Maria won the Goldman Sachs-Fortune Global Women Leaders Award in 2011.
