For business professionals, a one-day intensive action-learning program delivers practical results for immediate application in any organization working with Aboriginal entities or communities. Codeswitch has recently expanded its services with its two-day Codeswitchers Entrepreneurs for Innovation & Change Summit series and will release its online learning and knowledge hub in 2017.
Since 2012, Codeswitch has worked with over 70 clients, graduated 500 program alumni and currently delivers their free digital magazine, Codeswitchers, to over 2,500 subscribers around the world. Kia is currently a non-executive director with IRAM, a for-profit entity that leverages commercial retail investments to deliver financial and non-financial returns to Indigenous shareholders.
