Holly O'Neill leads Consumer Client Services for Bank of America and co-chairs the Client Experience Council, a cross-functional team guiding the consumer and small business organizations in delivering world-class client care. 

Holly previously served as chief operating officer (COO) for U.S. Trust®, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, overseeing strategic initiatives, business management, risk infrastructure and control, enterprise partnerships, and sales and service effectiveness. 

Prior to her role as COO for U.S. Trust, she held a variety of positions in the Global Wealth & Investment Management division, including as a sales performance executive, as well as COO for the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management® Private Banking and Investment Group.

Holly joined Bank of America in 1996 as a credit analyst trainee. She spent six years working in various roles in the Corporate and Investment Bank, covering a portfolio of insurance and asset management clients, and was the COO of Corporate Banking Group.

She is currently the co-executive sponsor of the Massachusetts LGBT Pride Employee Network and has also served as the co-executive sponsor for the Virtual Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development for Woman organization.

Holly received a bachelor of science degree in business from the University of New Hampshire. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and is a member of both the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute.
