Since 2004, Hoa Nguyen has been working with Oxfam, a confederation of 17 international affiliate NGOs working in more than 90 countries.
Since 1995, Oxfam has provided support in Vietnam for the fight against poverty and injustice. The four key programs of Oxfam in Vietnam are: promoting good governance, advancing gender justice, building resilience and managing sustainable food and natural resources.
Hoa Nguyen holds a Master’s Degree in Management of Natural Resources from Norwegian Agriculture University and another Master’s Degree in Management of International Development Policy from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University.
