Galina Melnikova

Galina Melnikova is a life and business coach, leadership mentor and career advisor. She is the owner and the managing partner of HR Partners, Ltd. and MakeItWork.Ru, and is an independent director on the Boards of Directors of several state-owned enterprises.

Galina has served on the Board of Directors of the Russian Chapter of the International Women's Forum (IWF) for more than 15 years, contributing her expertise, interpersonal skills and energy to building women leaders and strengthening community development.

Galina’s background includes general management, business development, project supervision, employee relations, interaction management, situational leadership and transformational change. Her expertise covers HR functions, start-ups, compliance, benchmarking, strategy implementation, executive search and selection, motivation and career management.

Earlier in her career, Galina was CEO of ABB Electroengineering, and later, she held positions at Ernst & Young and Citibank. She’s been a member of the AmCham in Russia and served as chairperson of the Board of Directors of Operation Smile in Russia.
