Elena Lyakh

Elena Lyakh has worked at the Agency of Economic Development since 2013, now serving as head of the organization. The Agency of Economic Development is a managing company of the Togliatti Business Incubator, which provides services to business projects at their earliest stages. The Business Incubator makes it possible to start a greenfield project by acquiring office space, infrastructure, contacts, and communications. It also offers educational programs for start-ups.

Prior to joining the Agency of Economic Development, Elena was a deputy director of the biggest city business center in the private sector, Qvadrat. She was responsible for increasing the number of tenants and managing economic activities.
