Ambassador Constance “Connie” Morella served as Ambassador to the OECD from 2003 to 2007 after representing Maryland’s 8th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives for 16 years.
She is a member of the Comptroller General’s Advisory Board, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, the Cafritz Foundation Advisory Board, and is chair of the Franklin Center for Global Policy Exchange. She is also vice president of the Association of Former Members of Congress.
