Christine K. Channels

Christine Channels and her leadership team are responsible for designing and implementing programs across Consumer & Small Business to drive responsible growth, deliver client care and foster a strong risk culture in an operationally sound environment.

Christine joined Bank of America in 2002 and has held various leadership roles within Consumer as well as Compliance, Quality & Productivity and Global Technology & Operations. Prior to that, Christine worked at First Union where she was a database administrator and led a team supporting client analytics.

In the community, Christine serves on the board of the American Red Cross and actively supports Junior Achievement, devoting time to volunteer in local schools. She also works locally with several nonprofits focused on ending human trafficking, and is an active supporter of Fashion & Compassion, a nonprofit focused on rebuilding lives by providing transitional employment, supportive community and connections to individualized resources that empower women who are charting a courageous path toward a self-sustaining life of purpose.

Christine graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
