Prior to this role, she was the Financial Center Operations & Business Controls Executive, where she led consumer controls and financial center operations to drive responsible growth, build talent, and manage risk in an operationally sound environment.
Anjali also served as the Consumer Banking Southeast Region Executive. She joined Bank of America in 1989 as a Financial Center Manager in Miami, Florida. During her 29-year tenure, she has held several leadership roles, including Consumer Service Process and Cross-channel Customer Experience Executive, Consumer Market Executive, Regional Business Support Executive, Capacity Management Executive, and Group Banking Executive.
Anjali is an executive sponsor for several Bank of America employee networks, including the Tampa Bay chapter of Leadership, Education, Advocacy & Development (LEAD) for Women, the South Florida chapter of the Asian Leadership Network, and the Jacksonville chapter of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) Pride. She is also active in her local community and supports Women in Distress, the largest domestic violence organization in Florida, which provides victims of domestic violence with safe shelter, crisis intervention, and resources. In 2018, Anjali has also taken a leadership role representing Global Risk Management on Bank of America’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Council.
A native of Chennai, India, Anjali holds a degree in Business Administration from Clemson University and resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, with her family.
