Agnieszka Bilińska

Agnieszka Bilińska currently serves as CEO and is one of the founders of Vital Voices Poland. She also works as partner at RSQ Management, which owns the CEO Round Table forum of CEOs and board members from the biggest companies in Poland. 

Agnieszka is actively involved in the business community in Warsaw, most recently serving as president of the Management Board of the Polish Professional Women’s Network (PWnet) from 2009 to 2011. Previously, she served as managing director and board member of the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce and the budget and administration manager of Scandinavian Tobacco A/S.

Agnieszka started her career at PwC and is an alumna of the U.S. Department of State Program, Women in Leadership: Advancing Women as Corporate Leaders and as Entrepreneurs, in 2011. She is a mentor and business trainer, and a certified executive and life coach.
