The program connects women business owners or entrepreneurs (mentees) with established women executives (Ambassadors) for week-long mentoring forums in cities around the world. Participants come from diverse backgrounds, including business, non-profit, media or government, with demonstrated levels of high achievement and potential.

Mentees are rising women leaders who address economic challenges and drive change in their countries. They are typically in the early to middle stages of their careers or recently attained positions of leadership in their industries. They are paired with Ambassadors for mentorship, training and skills-building.

Global Ambassadors serve as mentors to women in business and social enterprise. They are senior executives from business, banking, finance, nonprofit, media or government sectors who share their experiences and perspectives with mentees.
