 Kathleen Holland

Kathleen Holland, founding partner of KMH Associates, is a global strategic planning consultant providing both North American and emerging country SMEs with the guidance and training to sustainably build their organization based on a triple bottom line (people, planet, profit) platform. Kathleen’s career has spanned executive roles with major Canadian corporations to consulting roles with small craft companies. She was the lead consultant on a multi-country African initiative, Design Africa, which garnered worldwide recognition as an innovative global brand showcasing Africa’s best talent in the craft, textile and furniture sectors. Kathleen is currently working on a number of innovative global training initiatives in Afghanistan, Swaziland and a Pan African program.

 Allison Shapira

Allison is the CEO/Founder of Global Public Speaking LLC, a company that helps people speak with confidence and authenticity in their speeches, presentations, and everyday conversations. A former opera singer and TEDx speaker, she teaches at the Harvard Kennedy School, gives keynote speeches, and develops training programs for Fortune 50 companies, government agencies, and nonprofits around the world.  Allison also travels around the world teaching leadership communication to help women leaders grow their business, run for office, or launch a nonprofit. She holds a master’s in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, is a member of the National Speakers Association, and is an internationally-renowned singer/songwriter who uses music as a way to help others find their voice and their courage to speak. She speaks Italian and Hebrew and has studied 8 other languages. Allison has spoken at the Fortune Most Powerful Women Next Gen Summit and was recently named a finalist for 2017 Woman Business Owner of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners, San Diego Chapter. Allison is the author of the forthcoming book, The Leader’s Voice, to be published by AMACOM, a division of the American Management Association. She lives in Washington, DC.

 Karla Ruiz Cofiño

As an interactive communications and social media specialist, Karla Ruiz Cofiño has been a business developer focused on online and mobile technologies for 10 years. She has expertise delivering interactive, integrated solutions through a wide range of digital platforms combining web, mobile and social media. For many years, she has been studying the impact technology has had on the evolution of the human being, how this has affected the way we relate with each other and our behavior as consumers. As an entrepreneur, her biggest accomplishment is MILKnCOOKIES, a digital agency declared “top 5 leader in E-Entertainment” by the World Summit Award organized by the UN, and declared one of the eight “Global Champions” awarded by the World Summit on the Information Society during the 10 year review by UNESCO.
