Shelley Diamond

Shelley Diamond is the chief client officer at Young & Rubicam, serves on Y&R’s Executive Board and is practice lead for Y&R Inspire Change, a unit driving social-good initiatives and partnerships with for-profit and nonprofit client partners. She is a passionate builder of global brands and business, with expertise in integrating and activating platforms across communicationsdisciplines. As one of the highest-ranking female executives in advertising, Shelley has helped champion marketing transformation for domestic and global clients, in both the consumer and B-to-B spaces, including Campbell’s, Xerox, Dell and Tyson.

Shelley is committed to Y&R’s women in leadership initiatives, serves on the board of W.O.M.E.N. in America and is a long-standing participant in the Fortune / U.S. State Department Global Mentoring Program. Her honors include 11th Most Powerful Woman in Advertising by Business Insider in 2013and "Working Mother of the Year” by AWNY in 2005. She is on the board of Women in America and previously PAETEC.
